Patrick is eleven years old and longs for a cool older brother that he can do tons of things with. But that ´s not going to happen unless his parents adopt one. A younger brother would be great too - anything but a sister. And it seems as if his dreams will soon be coming true. One evening when his parents once again forget to close the kitchen door, he overhears their conversation and discovers that he is going to have a brother! However, if he has understood everything correctly, his brother is going to be handicapped and may never be able to speak. But Patrick has an idea - he plans to teach his brother to speak. In order to carry out his plan, he?ll need good advice and some help, so he sets out to talk to a variety of people, for example, his friend Valentin, a Croatian boxer and a professor. Ultimately, he discovers how easy it is to learn when you have pressing questions.

"Just as the author intended, Hörner lets Patrick (Manuel Moser) and his unborn brother (Jan-Friedrich Schaper) tell their story, though the two actors assume more than a dozen roles within just a few moments. (...) The brothers, dressed like twins in black suits with bowties and nostalgic black-and-white tap shoes, are a delightfully swinging, singing entertainment duo."
