Director and Translator
She worked as an assistant director with Junges Ensemble Stuttgart (JES) from 2004 to 2007 before subsequently studying stage directing at the Hamburg Theatre Academy, graduating in 2012. Since then, she has directed productions for Junges Schauspielhaus Hamburg, the festival "Kiezstürmer", St Pauli Theater Hamburg, Junges Ensemble Stuttgart, Kampnagel Hamburg, GRIPS Theater Berlin, Junges Theater Bremen and Junges LTT Tübingen. Additionally, she has worked as an English-to-German theatre translator since 2010. In 2014 and 2016, she was a member of the organisational team for the international festival "Schöne Aussicht / Bright View" at JES.

Author and Director
He studied modern German literature, theatre and linguistics at FU Berlin and Trinity College Dublin. He now writes and directs works for adults, children and teens, most recently at Staatsschauspiel Dresden, Saarländisches Staatstheater, Schnawwl in Mannheim and Junges Ensemble Stuttgart. His plays and productions have been invited to several festivals and distinguished with awards. In 2008, he received the German theatre award "Der Faust" for his production of "Törless".

She studied theatre, Nordic studies and comparative studies at LMU Munich before working as a dramaturge for Volkstheater Rostock and Theater Erfurt. From 1996 to 1999, she served as a dramaturge and deputy director of Schnawwl at Nationaltheater Mannheim. She subsequently worked as a journalist for children ´s and youth theatre. From 2002 to 2005, she lived in Shanghai, China. In 2009 and 2011, she was a curator for the biennial German children ´s and youth theatre festival "Augenblick Mal!" in Berlin. In 2009, she returned to Schnawwl, where she is once again a dramaturge and, since autumn of 2013, deputy artistic director of Junges Nationaltheater Mannheim. This position has earned her a seat in the jury of the Youth Theatre Award in Baden-Wuerttemberg as well as, since 2013, for "Nah dran! Neue Stücke für das Kindertheater".
